However, a forensic expert told the court that DNA evidence suggested the accused, Ajitpal Singh, had been involved in other forms of sex with the woman.

Ajitpal, 31, and Randhir Singh, 21, are accused of abducting the woman from a Belconnen shopping centre and sexually assaulting her in a car and at a unit in September last year.

Both men have pleaded not guilty and are on trial on charges of abduction, committing acts of indecency, unlawful confinement, and rape.

The court heard Randhir contacted the woman via social media application, Tango, on September 25 and the pair agreed to meet at Kippax Fair Shopping Centre the next day.

The Crown alleges she tried to call off the meeting, but Ajitpal threatened her child and said he would show her husband the Tango messages if she did not come with them.

Randhir allegedly grabbed the woman's breast and genitals, forced her to give him oral sex in a car, and then unsuccessfully tried to have sex with her in the car park of Ajitpal's Belconnen flat.

The woman has told the court Randhir then ignored her pleas to be freed and raped her in a bedroom of the 14th floor flat.

A third man, Jaskaran Sandu, 33, allegedly then took two pictures of the woman with Ajitpal's phone during the sex.

The Crown says Ajitpal then used the pictures to blackmail the woman into having anal and vaginal sex with him in a number of positions.

Under cross-examination by Ajitpal's barrister, Theresa Warwick, the woman denied she had initiated sex with Ajitpal.

Ms Warwick also put to the woman that there had been no anal sex and she had been on top during the sex.

The woman rejected the suggestions as lies.

The court on Wednesday heard DNA matching Ajitpal had been found on the woman's body and underpants. A forensic expert said Randhir's DNA also matched saliva taken from the woman's right nipple

The trial before Justice Steven Rares continues on Thursday.
