And a police informant told the ACT Children's Court on Friday the teen was also a suspect in a number of burglaries and other offences against women.
The 17-year-old lost his second bid for bail when he appeared in court.
The teen first appeared before the court earlier this week on allegations he exposed himself and tried to grab the girl, who had been walking her dog, in Evatt about 5.20pm on Monday.
He was charged with three fresh offences on Friday: a second count of committing an act of indecency, attempted burglary, and property damage.
The allegations all relate to incidents offences over the Anzac Day long-weekend.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The informant told the court the boy was also under investigation and could be charged with a number of further offences against women and property.
Magistrate Karen Fryar denied the boy’s second bail application on Friday, saying the allegations showed an escalating pattern of alleged offending.
Ms Fryar said she could not be satisfied bail conditions could mitigate the risk the boy could reoffend or endanger public safety if released.
The magistrate also granted a police application to collect forensic material - including finger prints and DNA - from the boy to compare to evidence collected at a number of crime scenes.
A statement issued by police on Tuesday, said the boy was a suspect in four similar incidents in McKellar, by Lake Ginninderra, and at a University of Canberra residence over a 72 hour period last weekend.
In the first incident, a man allegedly entered the laundry of a McKellar home about midday Saturday, grabbed a woman and indecently assaulted her before fleeing.
About 10 minutes later, another McKellar resident reported a man attempting to gain entry to their home.
He was heard banging on windows and doors, but he couldn't get in and soon left.
Another two incidents were reported on Sunday, one by Lake Ginninderra just after 6pm, when a man rode past a woman and tried to grab her.
Police said he later returned and performed an indecent act in front of her before riding off.
The matter will reappear before the court later this month.
