A Canberra union official has been banned from entering building sites for three months.

The Fair Work Commission in May ordered Anthony Vitler's right of entry permit be suspended until August.
Vitler was one of seven Construction, Forestry, Mining and Electrical Union officials from across Australia whose permit rights were revoked.
Fair Work Building and Construction requested the bans after the Federal Court fined the union and its officials a total of $205,100 in December for breaking federal right of entry laws at three developments in Adelaide.
Vitler was personally fined $1100 for breaching the laws by acting in an improper manner at a Somerton Park building site in April last year.
Fair Work argued that he was not a fit and proper person to hold a permit.
The Federal Court heard Vitler and South Australian CFMEU official, David Bolton, went to the site, which will offer accommodation and services for the intellectually disability, last year.
The officials did not produce a notice of entry or a permit, and told staff not to worry about it when the documents were requested.
Bolton then ignored a request to wait and walked into the site and both men refused to leave when directed.
Vitler then failed to produce authority documents when requested by a senior site manager.
Fair Work also revoked Victorian CFMEU organiser John Perkovic's permit and banned him from holding another until 2017.
Mr Perkovic had already been fined $5000 by the Federal Court earlier this year after he verbally abused a government employee, calling him "a f---ing piece of shit" and referring to him as a "c---".
The commission, in its decision to revoke, noted Perkovic's lack of contrition and remorse and said his "conduct involved a serious and ugly confrontation involving unprovoked intimidating, bullying and belittling behaviour.
"In this case, not only did Mr Perkovic deliberately refuse to meet his basic obligations as a permit holder when asked to do so, but also proceeded, unprovoked, to use abusive language and physical menace in an attempt to intimidate, bully and belittle an FWB inspector going about his lawful duties," Fair Work said.
