Andrew Barr belatedly sees the virtues of integrity commissions

Hot on the heels of news of Andrew Barr's epiphany on the subject of an anti-corruption commission came a report of detail of a land swap between the ACT Land Development Agency – an instrumentality of the Barr government – and the Act CFMEU, the construction union of which the Barr government is sometimes thought a profitable subsidiary.
