New South Wales Police caught the 50-year-old about 1.46pm on Saturday. He was handed a traffic infringement notice for exceeding the speed limit by more than 45km/h.
New South Wales Police said the force was unable to suspend or confiscate his licence or number plate because he was registered in the ACT.
