A man armed with a knife robbed a Canberra chemist on Monday afternoon, police said.

Police say a man entered the Capital Chemist in Waramanga about 3.15pm and produced a knife before leaving with cash. He ran away towards Damala Street.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 165-175cm tall, aged in his 20s with short light brown or dark blond hair and was clean shaven.
He was of medium to solid build, wearing a black cap, black hoodie, grey tracksuit pants and reflective sunglasses with thin metal rims.
Police ask
anyone who may have dash-cam footage of the Waramanga Shopping Centre around this time or information about the robbery to contact them on 131 444, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or at the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
