An Australian Defence Force Academy officer cadet allegedly helped a fellow cadet home when she was drunk and then raped her when she passed out, police allege.

Harlan Agresti, 19, is also accused of raping a second cadet after a night out, despite her repeatedly refusing his advances.
Agresti, of Adamstown NSW, maintained pleas of not guilty to two charges of sexual assault when he appeared before the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Magistrate Beth Campbell committed him to stand trial in the ACT Supreme Court.
A police statement of facts, tendered on Thursday, outlined the allegations against Agresti.
The documents said the accused and a woman had travelled to the Campbell campus after a night drinking in Civic in June 2013.
The woman vomited in bushes and he helped her back to her room.
Agresti then allegedly kissed her and had sex with her without consent as she passed in and out of consciousness.
She told a friend about the alleged incident about a week later.
In February, a second woman caught a taxi to ADFA with Agresti after a night out in Civic.
Along the way, he allegedly repeatedly made suggestive comments indicating he wanted to have sex with her and rubbed her thigh.
Upon arrival, Agresti then allegedly asked: "Are we going to do this then? Are we going to have sex?"
The woman replied: "I just wanted to go to sleep."
The woman then said she was not in the mood when Agresti allegedly told her it would be a "one-time thing".
She returned to her room and had been brushing her hair when she allegedly saw Agresti in the mirror standing behind her.
He then allegedly pushed her into a bench, removed her pants, and had sex with her from behind.
He then allegedly turned her around to face him and continued to rape her.
The statement of facts said he allegedly only stopped when the woman began to cry.
He is accused of then throwing a towel at her and telling her he had done nothing wrong before pulling up his pants and leaving.
She told a fellow cadet about the alleged rape two weeks later.
But the two women did not report the allegations to police until August after they met when they were moved into the same accommodation block.
Agresti was arrested and bailed on a $10,000 surety that same month.
Earlier on Thursday, Magistrate Peter Morrison relaxed the defendant's bail conditions.
Mr Morrison deleted a condition that he not drink alcohol and ordered he only report to police once a week.
But the magistrate imposed a condition he live at his parents' Newcastle home and refused to remove a curfew.
The matter will appear in the higher court for directions in November.
