As Canberrans are swept up in the magic of Enlighten's final weekend an Australian premiere performance will take revellers on a magical journey even higher than the national institutions projected with colourful light.

Spanish aerial act Voala Station will weave music, colour and aerial acrobatics together at John Dunmore Land Place near Questacon Saturday night.
The performance traces the journey of four businessman who are swept up into a world of magic after missing the last train.
Tour manager Ruben Shiri said the show had travelled the world from the United Kingdom to Mexico and was set to stun revellers.
"It's really, really exhilarating with the height they can reach and what they do at that height," he said.
"It's a perfect combination of everything – live music, aerial choreography with very precise compositions. There's going to be something for everybody regardless of their age."
Despite shaking some last-minute nerves Shiri said the team had been preparing for the Canberra show for four to five months and was ready to tackle any sky-high manoeuvres.
"We've been touring with this show for a lot of years so nothing has happened. It's challenging but their used to it. They're comfortable at that height," he said.
Lead singer Alba Serrano plays a beggar and former diva who persuades the four men to enter the story's magical world.
"She sings to them and all the magic happens," Serrano said.
"I'm thrilled [to be in Canberra]. Everybody back in Spain just envies me ... knowing I'm here in Australia – it's a dream come true."
As Enlighten draws to a close and the Canberra Day long weekend gets into full swing, Events ACT marketing manager Adelina La Vita urged crowds to catch the one-night performance.
Festival organisers expect a record-breaking attendance alongside the capital's first Night Noodle Markets, which also wrap up this weekend.
"It's been an overwhelmingly positive response," she said.
"Last weekend's figures saw us double previous years. I've not seen crowds like this before."
The Enlighten spectacular is just one of an array of events set to lift the capital through the three-day weekend.
The Balloon Spectacular will reward early risers with inflatable colour, including appearances from Angry Birds and Yoda, from 6am Saturday, kick-starting three days of performances, action and activities for all ages.
Canberra's Anzac Centenary Tribute will bring together the Combined Bands of the Australian Defence Force and the Canberra Symphony Orchestra for a night of music – including Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture, with cannons fired over Lake Burley Griffin – on the Patrick White Lawns outside the National Library of Australia.
The big birthday bash culminates on Monday with Canberra Celebrates at the same location, headlined by Canberra success story SAFIA among a string of artists; the Forage food market; and various activities to entertain the children.
No Lights, No Lycra is also hosting a free Canberra Day Rave at a nearby mystery location to be revealed Monday morning for those who can't sit still.
