Six months after he was found dead in a neighbour's house, Terrence Freebody's Mugga Way home is on the market.
The Red Hill property at number 84 is scheduled for auction next month.
Officers responding to a Triple-0 call found the 89-year-old on the dining room floor of Luigi Costa's home across the road on the evening of Sunday, July 22.
Costa, 70, has been charged with murder and is standing trial in the ACT Supreme Court.
Described by agents as ''the perfect backdrop for an idyllic family lifestyle'', the four-bedroom home features a wine cellar, saltwater solar heated in-ground pool and back to base security system. Set on an 1858 square metre parcel of land, the property is described as boasting ''both space and tranquillity''.
The home is open for inspection from 12.15pm to 1pm on Saturday.
