The 17-year-old, who cannot be named, allegedly flashed his genitalia to a 13-year-old girl while she walked her dog in Evatt last month.
He allegedly approached the girl and pulled down his pants before trying to grab her.
She screamed and ran away, police say.
The juvenile is also facing a series of other charges in the ACT Children's Court.
On Monday, he was accused of seven new offences, including five acts of indecency committed on other women.
He was also charged with trespassing in buildings in Lyneham and McKellar with intent.
The defendant entered pleas of not guilty to a string of act of indecency charges on Monday, but did not enter pleas to a property damage charge and two burglary charges.
Magistrate Karen Fryar granted a seven-week adjournment to allow police to gather evidence.
The defendant's lawyer signalled the teenager may make another bail application before then.
