Two people who had just visited a home were robbed of cash, a phone and watch by an occupant of the residence moments after they left it, police say.

Police said two men left a Phillip residence about 5.10am on Saturday and got into a car.
"A male followed them from the residence to the car and threatened them, demanding cash. The two men handed over a small sum of cash, a mobile phone and a watch. The man took the items and returned to the residence," police said in a statement.
They victims reported the crime, and police said they searched the residence about 5.30am, finding the stolen items.
"A 24-year-old Phillip man was apprehended and conveyed to Woden Police Station," they said.
The man will be charged with robbery and is expected to face court no Monday.
