Jamie Lee Gudgeon, 24, is charged with a range of traffic offences, including dangerous driving and failing to stop, stemming from a police pursuit in mid-March.
She allegedly fled from police through a school zone about 3pm on a school day.
A court previously heard she allegedly sped the wrong way through a roundabout and drove directly at officers in Queanbeyan.
She was found by police the next day after the car she was travelling in was involved in a head-on crash, leaving her partner with serious injuries.
Gudgeon made her third application for bail in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday, and was required to prove to the court there was a change of circumstances or fresh evidence since her last bid for release.
The court heard that Gudgeon had been accepted into a rehabilitation service, The Coming Home program, which includes shared housing.
She has also since been sentenced for other outstanding matters.
Gudgeon's lawyer argued she would be under supervision, would be banned from drinking or taking drugs and would not have access to a car to drive.
The court found she had proved a change of circumstances, and the prosecution dropped their opposition to bail.
Magistrate Peter Morrison imposed a number of strict bail conditions, including that she not drive, hold car keys, or be in the driver's seat of a car.
She is also subject to a curfew, and is banned from taking drugs.
Gudgeon will be back before court later this month.
