General duties police officers had been called to Ryan Erntner's home following an incident on October 6.

Documents tendered on Mr Erntner's last appearance in court suggest that when police arrived, they found cannabis scattered across the floor.

There was also allegedly a spent cartridge case on the floor and a hole in the bedroom window "consistent with a cartridge being fired".

Police allege that Mr Erntner,25, is a bikie gang associate, and ACT Policing's anti-bikie arm Taskforce Nemesis was called and searched the property.

During a search of the home, police found "large" amounts of cannabis, two clip seal bags with about 70 pills of suspected MDMA, the .22 calibre shell casing, and $5050 cash.

There were also allegedly scales, empty clip seal bags, and a number of polaroid pictures of Mr Erntner holding two sawn-off rifles and a large amount of cash.

Mr Erntner is charged with the unauthorised possession of firearms and ammunition, trafficking cannabis and MDMA, and failing to comply with storage requirements.

In the ACT Magistrates Curt on Monday he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He remains on bail. The case is next due in court on February 5.
