Tuesday evening, 7.47pm: A few afternoon storms don’t stop an evening paddle.
But there was no way you would have ever thought that the afternoon could transform like this, considering the rain and winds we experienced 60 min’s before!
8.05pm: Rounding Springbank Island, the trees provided a beautiful silhouette against the colours of the setting sun.

8.13pm: And just when I thought it couldn’t surprise me any more, I ended up staying out for another forty minutes.
The wind dropped and I paddled back on glassy water … now that was a perfect way to end the day!
