Calls for ACT government to appoint Indigenous Commissioner to improve community outcomes

The ACT needs a specific Indigenous commissioner to address "huge gaps" in the system dealing with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in Canberra, according to Indigenous and non-Indigenous advocates across the community.
