Fashion e-boutique Her Wonderland has started selling women's fashion and accessories with free same-day delivery in Canberra for orders placed before 4pm on a business day.

"It really started because I'm obsessed with online shopping. I don't think I've been into a mall in years," Her Wonderland creator Nicole Taylor said.

The born-and-bred Canberran runs the site from her Casey home, with a supportive team who have assisted her with design and finance and a group of friends ready to help fulfil the delivery schedule.

Still in its early stages, Her Wonderland currently stocks labels All About Eve and Madison Square, with more brands and larger sizes to be added in coming weeks.

The business' focus is on Australian labels not readily available in Canberra.

"I decided I wanted to provide something to Canberra that hasn't been provided before, particularly in terms of all the major online e-boutiques are basically providing three-hour delivery," she said.

"Canberra had nothing like that and we're still missing really good brands that Canberra doesn't have so I wanted to provide them."

Working in learning and development by day, Ms Taylor said she'd always thought about launching some kind of fashion retailer.

"I guess I've spent far too many hours looking online at clothes and falling in love with them and I have so many friends that come to me and say, 'can you find me a dress for this occasion or a dress to go out and do this' and I just kind of decided that it's something I'm really good at and really want to do," she said.

"The feedback that I've had so far on Facebook and Instagram has been really positive. I've had quite a few people contact me saying this is what they've been waiting for."
