PREHISTORIC GARDENS Kicking off this Saturday, 18 life-sized dinosaurs will be on display throughout the Botanic Gardens. Grab a self-guided trail map and go and find them all. Until July 10. There's also dinosaur craft, presentations and workshops. Free. See parksaustralia.gov.au.
TRUFFLE FESTIVAL Canberra's truffle season is in full swing, with the festival running until the end of August.
