The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Canberra Hospital hopes to receive close to $35,000 from the fundraising efforts of Costco's Newborn November.
So far, the fundraiser has raised $29,000 and hopes to reach its expected target at the fair, which will run from 10am to 2pm.
Canberra Hospital Foundation manager Alexis Mohay said the foundation hoped the fundraiser would reach its target.
"The partnership between the foundation and Costco over the past few years has developed into a driving force now with Majura Park Shopping Centre. The Family Christmas Fair hopes to raise valuable funds for the babies in our NICU," Mr Mohay said.
Organisers said there would be a variety of activities including jumping castles, a petting zoo, a fire engine display, the Raiders' Viking ship display, Snowy Hydro helicopter and members of the Canberra Cavalry baseball team, along with Constable Kenny Koala.
Entry will be via gold coin donation. For more information visit the Majura Park Shopping Centre website.
