Canberra tourism destination Cockington Green Gardens - the village of wee towns and tiny people out at Gold Creek - is looking for a Canberran with a "bright personality" to drive families around the venue on its much-loved miniature steam train.
You'll need to be fairly mechanically-minded, great with kids and people of all nationalities, and to enjoy a bit of gardening on the side to help with the upkeep of the destination's luscious lawns.
Striped overalls and a flat cap are not essential, and the managers completely understand if you've never had any experience - after all, "there aren't many opportunities to drive a steam train in the ACT".
According to general manager Mark Sarah you'll need to get your application in quick - the resumes have come "flooding in" since Cockington Green uploaded this ad on Seek last Thursday.
"We get a lot of Cockington Green regulars that apply - it's much sought after actually," Mr Sarah said.
"It's an unusual job. There aren't too many steam train jobs that appear.
"But it's an interesting job, a real face-to-face tourism job.
"We teach the driving here on-site but it's that bright and bubbly personality we're looking for that can't be taught."
Mr Sarah said the steam train driver plays a critical role at Cockington Green Gardens, with people travelling great distances to take a seat on the half-size Fowler Cane Loco replica. Originally fuelled by coal, the miniature steam train was converted to run on gas and, according to Mr Sarah, is believed to be the only one of its kind in the world.
The train took its first load of 20 passengers around Cockington Green in 1988.
"We've moved over 1300 people on it in a day and it can do over 3000km a year - it does a lot of work for us that train," Mr Sarah said.
"If it's not working it's a major drama for us. If it's away for a service or we've had a mechanical breakdown it becomes an issue - people don't visit if it's not working."
The train has been driven by a wonderful cast of characters over the years, including long-term driver John Sherwood, "a bit of a thespian" who was so good at his job people would send him letters of thanks from across Australia and he once had a marriage proposal while driving.
Career prospects for the successful applicant are also looking good. The new train driver will surely have a competitive edge when Capital Metro recruits drivers for the new light rail in mid-2018.
