When did you first get into music; what was the inspiration? I have been into music as long as I remember. I have a photo of me aged three with a ukulele in my hands. My biggest inspiration would be my mum. Even though she never played an instrument, her passion for music was infections and we grew up singing and playing music in the house.

Do you have a day job as well? I play music full-time so that is my day job.

How do you prepare for a gig? It depends on the gig, but most of the time I warm up on the way to setting up.

What's your favourite post-gig pastime? Immediately after a gig my favourite pastime would be SLEEP! Ha ha ha. When I'm not gigging, I do like playing golf and watching sport. Go Richmond Tigers.

Who are your musical heroes? I loved Bob Marley and, more recently, John Mayer.

What would you be doing if you weren't a musician? Probably still in the Pubic Service (HR).

What was the last gift you gave someone? I bought a friend a lovely pair of handcrafted earrings (a birthday gift).

What would we find in your fridge right now? A leg of lamb ready to roast tonight, lot of bottles of water, some old fruit ( I really need to clean that), home-made mayonnaise (I make it, yum yum).

Where can we catch your next performance? This weekend, Friday at PJ's City, a private gig on Saturday at the Arboretum, and Sunday at Hopscotch.
