Breakfast hosts Kristen Henry and Rod Cuddihy were dangled 100 metres in the air in a cage above Gungahlin throughout their 5.30am to 9am shift - not allowed down until they reached $30,000 in pledges.

They obviously did more than that and, despite being very shaky after the effort, were ecstatic with the result.
