As soon as Jessica Zantis wakes up, she reaches for her phone and scrolls through social media. Her phone stays in her hand during breakfast. When she gets in the car, she uses Apple Music to find the perfect playlist for the drive to university or one of her two jobs, and she also uses the internet to study.
