The Wolf of Wall Street actress happily stopped for snaps with fans, and even popped in for some shopping at Rebel Muse in the Ori Building.
Catlina Vera Vera and Taylor Cichacz were working when Robbie and friends popped into the fashion boutique.
"We just talked about fashion, things she liked", said Vera Vera.
"She bought a couple of things – some sunnies, a playsuit, some pants".
The former Neighbours star was in the country to spend time with her family at the Gold Coast, although it is not known why she was visiting Canberra.
Next year she will star in the new Tarzan film, as well as superhero flick The Suicide Squad.
