They're picking Elena Duggan to win on grand final night, and have her at $2.52 just ahead of Matt Sinclair on $2.40.
The final six have just one week left to battle it out in the kitchen.
Harvey, an electrician by day, only applied for the reality cooking show on a whim, after gaining an interest while travelling.
He told Fairfax Media he was stoked to even make it into the final 10.
"If I went home I would've gone home happy because top 10's sort of a massive achievement. I kind of felt like after that point every day is a bit of a bonus," he said.
Harvey and his partner have plans to open a restaurant in the Canberra region in the future, with a focus on locally sourced food.
