The man was arrested within the ACT before being extradited on Monday to NSW, where he was charged with three counts of supplying methylamphetamine.
The charges arose from a joint NSW/ACT police investigation, which began in August 2012 and has so far resulted in 60 arrests for more than 220 drug supply charges.
NSW Police detective inspector Neil Grey said the arrest was an example of how effectively police were able to work across jurisdictions.
"We are extremely grateful for the ongoing assistance provided to NSW by the ACT police," he said.
