ACT police said it was the first time they had cut someone's access to superannuation when confiscating assets.
The woman used to live in Queanbeyan and is accused of carrying out fraudulent acts in the ACT.
ACT police were at the woman's home in Mermaid Waters in Queensland on Tuesday, executing the warrant.
The woman also had a Holden SS Commodore and contents from within her home seized.
She has been summonsed to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court on February 24.
