ACT Magistrates Court heard Quzag Mohaned of Charnwood allegedly failed a urine test after testing positive a metabolite consistent with cocaine use.
He disputed the drug test result, arguing he had not taken drugs since his first bail conditions were issued in January. Through his lawyer, Mohaned conceded he had not turned up to a police station on February 14, which was one of the conditions of his bail.
The defence lawyer argued Mohaned he could not turn up on that day because he was suffering from chronic leg pain.
