A 25-year-old man is helping police with their inquiries after a number of large cannabis plants were found in and around his home.
Police raided the Calwell property at 6am on Tuesday and found 16 large plants, seedlings, dried cannabis and hydroponic equipment in a back room of the residence.
Another six plants were found in a greenhouse in the property's backyard.
The latest seizure comes four days after 800 cannabis plants and 17 kilograms of packaged cannabis were seized from houses in the ACT. There is no suggestion the raids are linked.
Four illegal Chinese immigrants were arrested on April 4 and $2.5 million worth of drugs were seized in a series of raids.
Police said they were continuing investigations into the latest seizures and urged anyone with information to contact Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
