Paramedics transported the car's female driver to Calvary Hospital in a stable condition after the crash on Barry Drive in O'Connor.
The rollover, which occurred shortly before 9.15am, temporarily closed the road in both directions while emergency services assessed the scene.
An ACT Emergency Services agency spokesman said the woman had not been trapped in the vehicle and had escaped major injury.
Motorists heading towards Belconnen were advised to avoid the area.
Police were diverting northbound traffic via Clunies Ross Street.
The road was blocked off in both directions before being reopened after 10am.
