ACT Policing said they responded to reports that an assault had occurred at about 8.45am on Tuesday, 1 November, on a bus travelling between Woden and the city.
A spokesman said they were later informed of other alleged assaults on bus routes between Gungahlin and Belconnen town centres in November and December.
While the man has been arrested and some victims have come forward, police believe there may be other people who have information, and urge them to speak to police.
The Casey man has been charged with four counts of act of indecency without consent and one count of act of indecency on person under 16 years and will face the ACT Magistrates court on Friday.
ACT Policing thanked Transport Canberra and ACTION staff for their quick and thorough cooperation and members of the public that helped.
"This cooperation greatly assists in the identification and apprehension of offenders," the spokesman said.
