CFMEU 'knew' of allegations organiser Halafihi Kivalu was corrupt before arrest

ACT building union officials knew of allegations former organiser Halafihi "Fihi" Kivalu had taken kickbacks months before his arrest in July, the Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption was told on Wednesday.
