With a median house value of $385,584, the western suburb was more than double its Tasmanian counterpart, Chigwell, at $188,090.
Richardson was listed as the most affordable suburb within 15-20km of the city centre, recording a median house value of $452,540, while Page recorded the cheapest median house value within 5-10km at $447,654.
With a median house value of $579,932, Downer was listed as the most affordable Canberran suburb less than 5km from the city centre while Hackett was the most affordable for units at $343,971.
Hughes was listed as the most affordable close-to-city suburb for units with a median of $185,690, the cheapest of all the capital city suburbs 5-10km from the CBD.
Theodore was named the most affordable Canberran suburb 15-20km from the centre for units, with a median value of $361,812, while Macgregor was the cheapest in the 10-15km range at $338,745.
Nationally, Darwin has the most expensive suburb for units less than 5km to the city centre, recording a median value of $412,848 at Fannie Bay. New Town in Hobart was listed as the most affordable at $228,753.
Median house values less than 5km from the city centre found Sydney's Waterloo the most expensive at $607,000 and Hobart's Warrane the most affordable at $231,267.
