Clubs industry pushed to the edge of survival, calls for an end to ad-hoc laws

Canberra's club industry has called for an end to "ad hoc" and fast-changing poker machine policy, saying some clubs are in critical decline and struggling already to restructure without the added frustration of constant changes in law.
