ACT Policing have already summonsed alleged Comanchero, Hasan Topal, to appeared before the ACT Magistrates Court on a charge of affray over the alleged incident at the Capital Men's Club on August 20.

ACT Policing confirmed officers were called to a disturbance at the Capital Men's Club around 3am. Police said investigations continued and further charges could be laid.

"A 27-year-old Glenroy, Victoria, man will be summonsed to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court on one count of affray in relation to the incident," a police spokesperson said.

"Investigations are ongoing and further charges are under consideration."

The Melbourne's Magistrates Court heard details of the Comachero-on-Comachero brawl at the Fyshwick strip club when Topal appeared this week for breaching his bail and refusing them access to seven mobile phones seized upon his arrest.

Police allege Mr Topal - a male model - was involved in the wild shirts-off brawl when the Comanerhco Outlaw Motorcycle Club national run came to the capital last month.

About 100 members of the outlaw motorcycle gang from NSW, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia travelled to Canberra.

At the time, Shadow attorney-general Jeremy Hanson said the gathering could yet be another sign of brewing bikie trouble in the ACT.

"We now have 100 bikies showing up on a single day. This comes amid a 'turf war' between gangs, shootings in the suburbs and firebombing of family homes," Mr Hanson said in August.

ACT Policing's Taskforce Nemesis was joined by NSW Police's Strike Force Raptor as well as Victoria's National Anti-Gangs Squad to keep an eye on trouble during the run.

The brawl is yet another incident of bikie related violence in the capital, after the southside has been been caught of the grip of shootings and firebombing between rival gangs.

Police swooped on a number of bikies in a series of raiders earlier this week, which included drug charges against a senior Nomad.

The court heard Mr Topal could be seen on CCTV footage smashing glass into his own forehead and taking off his T-shirt before re-entering the fight where he punched and kicked a semi-conscious associate.

The court also heard club national president Mick Murray could be seen in the footage standing in the background watching the affray and making no attempt to control the situation.

The brawl broke-up before police arrived to find the floor littered with broken glass and rubbish and Comanchero members who refused to talk, police told the Victorian court heard.

The court was told Mr Topal was on bail over extortion and assault charges over an incident at a luxury hire car company in Richmond in May.

Mr Topal's barrister Leonard Hartnett said his client acted in self-defence. He said Mr Topal was a self-employed personal trainer working as a male model.

Mr Topal was remanded to face court again next month.
