Jamie Lee Gudgeon, 24, faced the ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday on 11 charges, including driving while disqualified, furious driving and not stopping when signalled by police.

Gudgeon is accused of fleeing police at three different times on a single March day, with officers forced to call off the pursuits due to safety concerns.

At one point, the mother of four allegedly led police on a high-speed chase through a school zone about 3pm on a school day. She was arrested the next day after she was injured in a head-on smash.

Gudgeon on Tuesday tried to make her third bail application since the incident through her lawyer, John O'Keefe.

Mr O'Keefe said Gudgeon had been offered accommodation, which he argued were new circumstances that warranted the bail application.

However, the man Gudgeon proposed to live with admitted to the court that ACT Housing had begun eviction proceedings to have him removed from the Reid flat.

The man told magistrate Bernadette Boss that the apartment had been trashed by trespassers while he was on remand for three months over summer.

A police informant said officers had checked the property at the weekend and, finding it waist-deep in garbage, reported it unfit for human habitation.

Gudgeon threw a cup of water she had been drinking from at the officer as he returned to the public gallery from the witness box.

Magistrate Boss said she did not accept there was a change of circumstances and therefore was not prepared to hear Gudgeon's bail application.

Gudgeon will remain in custody until her next court appearance.
