Police say the man was pulled over on Athllon Drive and was driving a white Nissan Pintara sedan with a suspended provisional license.

Officers took the man into custody and transported him to Tuggeranong Police Station where he was breath tested and returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.243.

The man was issued with an immediate suspension notice and will appear before court at a later date.

He will face charges of “high range prescribed concentration of alcohol” and driving while suspended.
