Emergency services crews were called to the Dickson Health Centre at 10.50am after the man smashed into a courtyard wall outside the Dickson Health Centre.
Firefighters safely extricated the man, who was stabilised by paramedics before being taken to the Canberra Hospital with minor injuries.
An ACT Emergency Services spokesman said the health centre did not sustain any structural damage as the wall was external to the building.
