A man will face court on attempted robbery and theft charges following his extradition from NSW.

The 22-year-old man was on bail for a robbery at the Dickson Coles Express service station on February 25, following allegations he threatened staff, demanded cash and left after taking property.
He failed to appear at ACT Magistrates Court on the stipulated date to face the charges and a First Instance Warrant was issued.
NSW Police arrested the man in Wagga Wagga on Tuesday. He appeared before the Wagga Wagga Local Court where he was ordered into the custody of ACT Police by the Magistrate.
ACT Policing officers from Gungahlin station transported he man to the ACT Watch House and he will face the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Police will oppose bail.
