The tally to save a little Canberra girl's life is steadily rising with an online auction of MotoGP memorabilia raising more than $75,000 on Wednesday night.

A letter hand-written by multiple world champ Valentino Rossi - a love letter to his Yamaha M1 bike following his exit from the Yamaha team in 2010 - went for $40,000.
Rossi donated the letter to the #acureforfreyja campaign.
Auction house Shannons also donated its services, meaning 100 per cent of the $75,235 raised goes to efforts to save the life of Canberra six-year-old Freyja Christiansen who has a rare and inoperable tumour in her neck.
The auction has bumped up the total for the campaign to more than $136,000. Half a million dollars is the target to send Freyja to either Prague or Heidelberg before the end of the year for potentially life-saving treatment.
Freyja turned six on August 12 while receiving treatment at the Sydney Children's Hospital.
The Yarralumla Primary School student is staying at Ronald McDonald House in Sydney with her mum Liz and sisters but on her way home to Canberra this weekend to await news of the next step in her treatment.
