The fire danger for the area where the blaze is burning is low-moderate.

Also on Monday afternoon, the ACT Rural Fire Service responded to a bushfire at a property on Fairlight Road, Fairlight, near Uriarra.

Three units responded to the fire, which was between five metres by two metres in size.
