A fire which caused extensive damage to a three bedroom home in Canberra's north on Friday has been deemed suspicious by police.
Emergency services were called to the blaze at about 4.40pm on Friday afternoon.
AFP Forensic Services examined the scene on Minnta Place in Ngunnawal before ACT Policing said on Sunday the fire was suspicious.
No one was home and there were no injuries reported from the fire.
There was significant damage to the back of the house and the roof, with smoke damage throughout every room inside.
