Police are hunting an arsonist after a spree of suspicious fires damaged four vehicles and four airconditioners in Belconnen.

Three blazes were lit only blocks apart over a four-hour period starting about 2am on Thursday.
ACT Policing was called to Howie Court, in Condell Street, about 2am to find a Mitsubishi Triton Ute had been set on fire. ACT Fire and Rescue extinguished the blaze.
About 3.15am, police attended the Oracle Apartments in Chandler Street to find three vehicles – a Mazda 323 sedan, a Mazda Protege and a Toyota HiAce Telstra van – had been damaged by fire.
All four vehicles where white.
Police were called to the rear of the former Australian Taxation Office at Cameron Avenue about 6.05am. They found two wooden pallets alight and four airconditioner units with fire damage.
ACT Fire and Rescue extinguished the flames.
Police are also seeking witnesses to an alleged assault at a Civic nightclub which left a man with serious facial injuries.
A 23-year-old man went to the City Police Station about 3am on December 8 and he alleged that he was ‘‘king hit’’ by an unknown male at Mooseheads.
