One of those randomly stopped, a 33-year-old man from Terrigal, will appear before Cooma Local Court after he was charged with concealing a range of prohibited drugs in his motor vehicle.
NSW Police also seized $7380 in cash which they will allege were the proceeds of crime.
There were 13 separate seizures of cannabis which totalled 91 grams, three seizures of MDMA (ecstasy) with a combined 29 tablets and two seizures of cocaine weighing four grams, police said in a statement on Saturday.
Further seizures included 102 tablets of steroids and two seizures of methylamphetamine totalling five grams.
Monaro Local Area Command acting Inspector Ben Bowles said a number of vehicles and persons were searched during the operation after police were alerted to drugs by specialist drug detection police dogs.
"Police discovered a number of sophisticated methods persons were utilising to hide prohibited drugs within their motor vehicles and person," he said.
"However, this was no match for our specialist trained drug detection dogs and skilled police."
More than 740 breath tests were conducted during the operation, which began at 6pm.
Anyone with information about the events should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online.
