Daniel Van Eyle, 22, pleaded guilty to committing two acts of indecency when he appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Eyle also entered not guilty pleas to a third charge of committing an act of indecency and a count of cannabis possession.
He did not apply for bail.
A police statement, issued before the court appearance, alleged Eyle approached two women behind the Davey Lodge in Acton about midnight on Tuesday and groped one of them.
Police say he then went to a McDonald's restaurant in Braddon where he allegedly indecently assaulted another woman about 2.15am.
Eyle is then accused of indecently assaulting a third woman at the entrance to the Adina Apartments on Northbourne Avenue in Braddon about 2.40am.
Eyle wore tracksuit pants, a T-shirt, and no shoes when he appeared before magistrate Robert Cook.
He entered the pleas despite not being represented by a lawyer.
The prosecution said the alleged offences were of concern as they displayed an escalation in behaviour.
The court heard a forensic mental health report had previously been ordered in relation to other alleged offences.
Mr Court said he could not accept the pleas until the report had been made available to the court.
Eyle will reappear before the court in July.
