A house fire that ripped through a Red Hill home on Saturday has been deemed non-suspicious by police.

The fire, which started at 10.10pm at a home in Quiros Street, caused major heat, smoke and water damage.
Flames could be seen coming from the roof as firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the fire.
A man living in the house was evacuated safely with one of his dogs. There were some fears for a second dog, but it was soon found safe and well.
The man was treated for smoke inhalation, but was not taken to hospital.
Neighbours were safely evacuated, and there were no other injuries.
Firefighters contained the fire by 11.16pm, while still working to fully extinguish hot spots in the roof.
Police were initially treating the fire as suspicious, with a formal cause unable to be identified. But ACT Policing have now declared the fire as non-suspicious, following investigations by forensics and fire investigators.
