A man has been arrested and charged with a series of offences relating to a rural crime spree in the southern tablelands in December.

The 23-year-old man was arrested in Goulburn on Tuesday and refused bail over the charges relating to 11 separate burglaries in Gunning, Gundaroo, Murrumbateman and Jeir in December.
The man is accused of raiding unoccupied farm houses, businesses and shipping containers, stealing firearms, cash, jewellery and fuel.
A NSW Police spokesperson said forensics examined the crime scenes as part of the investigation and their inquiries are continuing.
The man is due to appear in Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday.
