ACT Police said the 24-year-old Gordon man fell from the rear passenger window of a car in Rivett on Saturday night, while attempting to take photos of the rear wheels of the car.
Police were called the property about 9.10pm as the man was being conveyed to Canberra Hospital.
Earlier in the night, police received reports of cars performing burnouts at the same Rivett location.
The man was cleared of serious injury. Police are charging the man with failing to wear a seatbelt and having part of his body outside the vehicle window.
