A 21-year-old man has been killed after being thrown from the tray of a ute at a property north of Goulburn.

NSW Police said officers were called out about 9.30pm on Thursday night to a paddock at the property in Taralga.
Police were told a 33-year-old man was driving the ute in a paddock with the victim and another man riding in the tray.
Another man was also a passenger in the vehicle's cabin.
Police said the vehicle overturned and the two men in the rear tray were thrown from the vehicle.
The man was seriously injured and died later.
There were no other injuries.
Police from Goulburn local area command are investigating the incident and will prepare a report for the Coroner.
The ute driver, from Gooloogong, was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear at the Goulburn Local Court on September 25.
