A man has died after a car crash on Hindmarsh Drive in Canberra in Duffy on Friday.

Police responded to a report of a crash at the intersection of Hindmarsh Drive and Dixon Drive, Duffy at 11.30am.
The man's car hit a tree and while there were attempts to resuscitate him, he later died.
Investigators are examining the circumstances around the crash.
While police are noting this as the third fatality on Canberra’s roads this year, a determination is yet to be made as to whether this was a road fatality or the result of an unrelated medical condition. Police said this would be a matter for the coroner.
