A Queanbeyan man accused of elbowing and punching a father-of-two in the head at a Queanbeyan pub has been denied bail.

Andrew McInnes, 40, is in a Goulburn brain clinic for rehabilitation as a result of injuries he suffered during an the incident at Walsh's pub in Queanbeyan on August 9.
Daniel Keith Charnock, 29, appeared in Queanbeyan Local Court on Friday charged with three counts of grievous bodily harm, two counts each of common assault and affray, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. All seven charges relate to that incident.
He was refused bail and ordered to next appear before the court with his alleged co-offenders, Rebecca Smith, 38, and Matthew Darrol Davis, 30, in October.
A third man has been charged with three counts of common assault and affray in relation to the same incident.
Court documents said Smith and the Mr McInnes had a bitter marriage split last year, which led to a number of alleged disputes between he and the defendants.
Smith then allegedly sent him a message through friends to "be careful ... bad things are coming your way".
Only days later, Mr McInnes was with a friend when they crossed paths with the defendants at the Monaro Street hotel about 11.50pm.
Police allege Davis knocked the friend, a 40-year-old Jerrabomberra man, unconscious with one punch.
The Jerrabomberra man fell to the ground and hit his head and elbow on the tiled floor.
He suffered a fractured elbow and had his head and lip stitched.
Davis then allegedly punched Mr McInnes twice, but was pulled away.
Charnock then allegedly elbowed and punched Mr McInnes in the head.
Davis is alleged to have tackled Mr McInnes to the ground and assaulted the father further.
Smith then allegedly kicked her former husband in the head several times while he lay on the ground.
Davis and a third man then fled the pub after allegedly threatening security staff with a beer bottle and a bar stool.
The third man - a 26-year-old from Queanbeyan - was given police bail to appear in court next month.
Documents said the entire incident had been captured by CCTV and witnessed by pub staff and patrons.
Mr McInnes was taken to Canberra Hospital with a broken jaw, damaged left eye, and missing teeth.
He spent two weeks in hospital after suffering a stroke.
